Panvel, June 21st, 2024: Graceful Hands Trust orchestrated a day filled with joy and camaraderie for the children of Balgram Orphanage in Khanda Colony, Panvel. The event, held at the Balgram Activity Hall, was a delightful blend of sportsmanship, celebration, and inclusivity.
The yoga day, organised under the guidance of Ms. Payal Madhok and supported by the guest's Mr Arvind More & Dr. Nilima More & Yoga Group Ms Jaya Trivedi , Ms Manisha Mane & Ms Sneha Gupta (certified by Patanjali Yog Samiti trainers ) & their team, Graceful Team members, volunteers, and the dedicated staff of Balgram orphanage.
Kicking off with a warm welcome speech by Ms. Suma Lalit, a member of GHT, and a motivational address by Ms. Payal Madhok, the day commenced with invigorating warm-up exercises before the children enthusiastically delved into yoga and meditation sessions.
A heartwarming highlight was the involvement of kids, who joyfully participated in yoga sessions.
As a testament to their commitment to the children's happiness, the celebrations concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Latha Kurian , Treasurer in GHT.
Orphanage staff received essential groceries and vegetables for the upcoming month, provided by Graceful Hands Trust.
The day culminated in a delightful dinner arranged by the GHT team, with promises to reunite for more engaging and exciting activities in the future.
